Please note that Seasonal Dock Slips are SOLD OUT on Corey Lake with a waiting list for new customers. Customers already on Harwood Lake have first choice to move to Corey Lake if a Slip becomes available.

2024 Rates are $1200.00 for Corey Lake and $800 for Harwood Lake. Please make your deposit by April 1st. Payment for Dock Slips must be paid in full by May 1st.
Slips will be offered to first in line on the waiting list beginning May 1st.
We accept Cash, Checks and Credit Cards (3% processing fee).

We have a limited number of Slips available on Corey and Harwood Lakes for weekend ($125.00) and day ($50.00) rental. Limited availability and Holiday rates may apply.
